Dr. Sheena G. Serslev is the Director of Institutional Assessment in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning at George Mason University. She leads program review and assessment processes for academic programs with an educational development approach that prioritizes faculty engagement and student learning.
Prior to joining George Mason University, she was the Associate Director of Engaged Teaching at the UC San Diego Teaching + Learning Commons where she co-lead an integrated faculty development center. She has also worked as an educator, researcher, and arts administrator.
