HEP Doctoral Student, Jennifer Gettys, will moderate a panel for the Professional Science Master’s Association on November 8th, 2018. The session title is: PSM Advocacy in Higher Education Institutions.

Rick Hess, a doctoral student in the Higher Education Program, co-authored the article “Student Affairs Assessment & Accreditation: History, Expectations, and Implications” in the Journal of Student Affairs Inquiry. He also co-authored “Gender and Racial Disparities in a Youth Urban Agriculture Workshop” in the Journal of Extension.

Dr. Kelly Schrum is part of a team that launched the website Resounding the Archives. "This interdisciplinary project bridges digital humanities, history, and music by bringing historic sheet music back to life through digitization of sheet music, performance of each piece, and student research about each piece. The website makes all of these resources freely available for use by students, teachers, researchers, and public audiences under a Creative Commons license."

HEP doctoral student Sharrell Hassell-Goodman and HEP alum Dr. Aoi Yamanaka were invited to facilitate a webinar on cultural relevant leadership learning by ACPA’s Commission for Student Involvement.
