Dr. Corey D. Robinson currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs at the Costello College of Business where he oversees academic advising, curriculum & initiatives, operations & oversight, enrollment planning management, and recruitment. He has been an adjunct faculty member while serving in his current role and works closely with faculty on student issues and concerns. Also, Dr. Robinson is tasked with providing strategic insights to support the growth of undergraduate enrollment at a time when the value of higher education has been questioned. Dedicated to optimal student outcomes, Dr. Robinson serves on several university committees and collaborates with many colleagues at other colleges and universities. Dr. Robinson is a CQ Certified Facilitator in Cultural Intelligence. As an author, Dr. Robinson contributed a chapter in the book “Working While Black: The Untold Stories of Student Affairs Practitioners” in which he wrote about Imposter Syndrome. His research interests include HBCUs and the role that culture and society play in African American students’ decision to attend them, leadership development, and higher education issues that affect marginalized groups.
