Briefly describe your new role as well as how your experience in an SIS Graduate Program contributed to or supported this career milestone.

I recently returned to my alma mater, George Mason University, as the Assistant Registrar for Operations. In this role, I oversee operational processes within the Office of the University Registrar, collaborate with campus partners, and support initiatives that promote student success and institutional effectiveness. The Higher Education & Student Development program provided me with a strong understanding of higher education administration, student development, and the complexities of university operations while strengthening my leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The knowledge and experiences I gained through the program have been instrumental in preparing me for this career milestone and allowing me to give back to the university that helped shape my professional journey.
