George Mason University's Higher Education Program is launching a new Bachelor’s/Accelerated Master’s (BAM) pathway connecting any undergraduate major to the MA in Higher Education and Student Development. Designed for undergraduates involved in leadership, campus organizations, and student success initiatives, this pathway allows students to begin graduate coursework early and earn their master’s degree on an accelerated timeline. The program creates a direct, flexible route into careers in higher education for students across disciplines, strengthening George Mason’s commitment to developing the next generation of higher ed leaders.
