Cassie Larson, an alum of the MA in Higher Education and Student Development, was hired as the Assistant Director of Orientation and New Student Programs at Hofstra University. In this role, Cassie plans new student transition programs, collaborates in the planning of campus-wide programs, supervises student workers and graduate assistants, and helps the program develop new initiatives among many other things. Cassie shares, "I’m glad I made the choice to move [to Hofstra] because I have learned so much."
