Nicole J. Harris-Sealey, has a twelve-year tenure with George Mason University and is the current Academic Director for INTO Mason’s English Language and International Year One (Pathway) programs. Her career in higher education spans a total of fifteen years in curriculum, admissions, academic and student affairs roles.
Dr. Harris-Sealey an alumna of Virginia State University and has earned her PhD at George Mason University in Higher Education Administration (2017) with the dissertation, Understanding How Universities Develop Cooperative Systems to Support International Enrollment Management Activity. Her current scholarly interests are: international higher education; enrollment planning and assessment; approaches to mixed methods research; and higher education administration policy and practice–particularly in relationship to issues surrounding internationalization and diversity initiatives.
