Introduces ideas of high-level program design and discrete structures. This course focuses on problem-solving and includes an introduction to programming, Boolean algebra, symbolic logic, digital circuits, set theory, combinatorics, discrete probability, mathematical induction, recursion and a basic introduction to trigonometry. Limited to two attempts.
Registration Restrictions:

Required Prerequisites: (MATH 108*C or 113*C).
* May be taken concurrently.
C Requires minimum grade of C.

Students with the terminated from VSE major attribute may not enroll.
